2. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. We try to keep all program details, class information, opening hours and contact details accurate and up to date. However, program availability, class times, fees, teachers, course content and schedules may change from time to time. Parents and guardians should contact Spark Logic Academy directly to confirm the latest program details, timetable, availability, pricing and enrolment conditions before making a booking or payment.3. Programs and Services
Spark Logic Academy provides children’s education programs, including maths, English, logic, phonics, school-readiness, STEM and coding programs for children aged approximately 3–12. Program descriptions on this website are designed to help parents understand the general learning focus of each course. The final recommended program or class may depend on the child’s age, school level, current ability, confidence and learning goals.4. Trial Assessment
Spark Logic Academy offers a 30-minute, one-on-one, face-to-face trial assessment between the teacher and the child. The purpose of the trial assessment is to help the teacher understand the child’s current level, confidence and learning needs, and to advise parents on the most suitable program or class. The trial assessment is not a normal group class. It may include short learning activities, questions or observation tasks, but its main purpose is assessment and recommendation. Submitting a trial assessment request does not guarantee a specific class place, time, teacher or enrolment. Our team will contact the parent or guardian to confirm availability.5. Enrolment and Class Placement
Enrolment may be subject to class availability, age suitability, learning level, teacher recommendation and parent confirmation. After a child is assigned or recommended to a class, parents or guardians may be asked to confirm acceptance of the class placement, timetable, fees and any relevant enrolment terms. Spark Logic Academy may decline, postpone, reschedule or change a class placement if required due to availability, scheduling, safety, staffing or operational reasons.6. Fees, Payments and Packages
Fees, packages, payment options and material fees may vary depending on the program, class type, level, duration and availability. Parents and guardians should confirm the current fees and package details directly with Spark Logic Academy before enrolment or payment. Payment must be made using the payment method approved by Spark Logic Academy. A child’s place may not be confirmed until the required payment or enrolment confirmation has been received.7. Attendance, Absence and Make-Up Classes
Students should attend classes on time and follow the agreed class schedule. If a child cannot attend a scheduled class, parents or guardians should notify Spark Logic Academy as early as possible. Make-up class availability may depend on the program, class schedule, teacher availability and notice given. Make-up classes are not guaranteed unless confirmed by Spark Logic Academy. Missed classes may not be refundable. Detailed absence, make-up and suspension rules may be provided at enrolment or in a separate enrolment agreement.8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation conditions may depend on the program, package, class placement, payment status, class start date and any enrolment agreement signed by the parent or guardian. Parents and guardians should read and confirm the applicable refund policy before making payment. Once a child has been assigned to a class and the parent or guardian has accepted the class placement, refunds may be limited or unavailable, subject to the applicable enrolment terms and Australian Consumer Law. Any approved refund may be subject to deduction of administration costs, used classes, transaction fees, material fees, promotional discounts, or other amounts permitted by law and the applicable enrolment agreement. This refund section should be confirmed with Spark Logic Academy before publication and may be updated from time to time.9. Parent and Student Responsibilities
Parents, guardians and students agree to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, students and other families. Students must follow reasonable class rules and safety instructions. Parents and guardians must provide accurate information about the child, including age, school level, emergency contact details, medical conditions, allergies, learning needs and any other information that may affect the child’s safety or learning. Spark Logic Academy may suspend or discontinue services if a parent, guardian or student behaves in a way that disrupts classes, affects safety, breaches these Terms, or creates risk to other students, staff or the business.10.
